Who conducts my home maintenance services?

We have a team of skilled technicians who conduct the maintenance appointments. Our experts are experienced and insured. 

 

 

Do I need to sign up for all of your services?

The only required service is the home maintenance program. Through this service we get to know your home and take care of the little issues that arise before they become big issues.

 

 

Do I need to be home for my appointment?

You do not need to be home during your maintenance appointment.  Our customers can provide us with keys or garage codes so that we can get in when they are not home. This allows us to deal with problems without disrupting your busy schedule. 

 

 

What if I decide after a few months that the service is not for me? Am I stuck?

While we are confident that you will love the service, we understand that life happens and that you might need to end the service before the contract is up. While we will be sorry to see you go, we certainly will not hold you to the contract if the service no longer works for you. We do ask that you give us one month’s notice.

 

What advantages do I get for signing up for our service

We offer 15% discounts on all materials used for major repairs.  You also move to the head of the line, as all our customers under contract get serviced before others.
